About the event
The Centre for Information Communication Technology and Law (CICTL), Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai, in collaboration with TechReg Forum and Anupam Sanghi & Associates, successfully hosted its first Consultation Workshop on “Building a Balanced Framework for India’s Digital Competition Law” on 23rd August 2025.
This workshop also marked the launch of our flagship Digital Market Study Series, with the first Workshop Report outlining a roadmap for India’s competition policy in the digital era.
